Our resellers are the lifeblood of William Andrew, and we are proud to have more than 125 resellers in North America alone.  We invite you to speak with our Marketing Department directly about any way we can improve our communications with you, and assist you in selling books to your customer base.  We send our new book information out in either print or electronic (PDF) format.  We can also send our entire book catalog via Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or Microsoft Access database. 

William Andrew is able to set up a Coupon Code for those resellers who want to use our web site to order, and will pay by credit card.  Please email our Customer Service Department to receive your code.

Return Policy
 
Effective January 1, 2005 
 
• Item must be returned in resalable condition. 
• Volume sets must be returned complete. 
• Software must be in original packaging with an unbroken seal. 
• Unless damaged, items can be returned within one year of invoice or within 6 months after book has been declared out of print.

1. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) must be obtained by contacting a customer service representative at 607-337-5000 or 1-800-932-7045. A form with the RMA# and instructions will be faxed to you. Our warehouse has been informed not to accept any returns without the proper identification on the OUTSIDE of the carton. A copy of the RMA form MUST BE included in the box with the return for proper credit to be applied.

2. Returns must be received within 30 days of the issue of the RMA # or the warehouse will not accept them. After 30 days, you must call for a new RMA# to be issued.

3. For more than 10 books returned on one RMA#, there will be a restocking fee of $20.00, which will be deducted from the return amount. More than 3 RMA/Returns in one month will result in an additional handling fee of $20.00.

4. Full credit will be issued for damaged stock, BUT ONLY IF, reported within one month of the invoice date. Damaged stock after the cut-off date will not be accepted.

5. If return is for overstock, full credit will be issued, minus shipping. If you are claiming overstock and the warehouse determines damage, no credit is issued. Items must be returned in resale condition for full credit on overstock items. WAREHOUSE DECISION IS FINAL!

6. Returns must be sent via a traceable service. Trace response may be the only verification we have of receipt within 30 days as the warehouse can become behind on processing returns.

7. Credit will be issued after return has been received. Credit will be applied to your account as directed.
